Loop108 is a completely offline application designed to give you full control over your music without compromising your privacy. We believe your data belongs to you.

We collect absolutely no personal data on our servers.

All data generated by your use of the app—such as your settings, playlists, favorites, repeat goals, and listening statistics—is stored strictly locally on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

To provide its core functionality, Loop108 requires specific Android permissions. These permissions are strictly used locally and never for data collection, tracking, or unauthorized access:

Loop108 operates 100% offline. We do not offer cloud backup, syncing services, or online music streaming.

Your music files, embedded metadata, and album art remain securely on your device. We never upload your music, share your files with anyone, or attempt to connect to external servers to retrieve metadata.

Because we do not collect any user data, we have nothing to share.

We never sell your data, share your personal files, or provide any information to third parties, marketing agencies, or data brokers.

Loop108 Music Player is a standalone application. To protect your privacy, we explicitly do NOT use any third-party frameworks that typically collect data, including:

• No Analytics SDKs (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel)
• No Crash Reporting tools that collect device state
• No Cloud Infrastructure or BaaS (Backend as a Service)
• No Tracking or Attribution tools

Our application is completely safe for all ages. Because we operate entirely offline, do not collect any personal information, and offer no online social features, we inherently comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar global regulations.

We do not knowingly collect, request, or store any personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

While all your data remains locally on your device, we employ standard Android development best practices to ensure the app itself is stable, safe, and secure from vulnerabilities.

Because your data is not transmitted over the internet, the primary security of your information relies on the physical and software security measures you employ on your device (such as screen locks, biometric authentication, and full-disk device encryption).
